It’s shape unique cause including white standing seam roof/wall for solar gain diffusion, motorized with wind and rain sensors, west facing windows and scoop skylights to catch ocean breezes & a large east facing skylight over the 29 ft entry to vent rising hot air. This home design, also built with large glazing wall. A glass wall use to make a spacious feel inside the interior and do some interaction with outdoor. There is a combination of black and white in some section of this house.
