Here are a modern and minimalist home design with swedish style house. This home design was designed as a small summer house. This swedish home design has 57 sq m. It’s quiet small for a home. But the design of this house can make a spacious feel inside. The whiteness of the walls, large glass windows and doors giving the impression of a larger space, the green area around it, all contribute to the air in general: a charming place that seems to exist for people to feel well-welcome and comfortable. Essential is the concept of space economy, in fact, the whole house is all about saving space. Even from the beginning, the intention was to create a maximum amount of space in a building division without much space. The result is very satisfactory, no matter what perspective you view things. Everything seems to be the expression of perfection, no matter what you see it from outside or inside, has it all: simplicity, modernity, elegance, good taste.

This home design was very natural and looks cozy with stone and wooden material. He house looks like a very traditional mountain chalet, or a bigger house, but after being restored is now equipped with many technological devices and you have all the comfort you need there. The stone and wooden material make this home design, feel natural, and warm. The farmer’s kitchen, dining room and living room are a common space with a living room outdoors. The base made ??of solid rock of the mountain is perfect for holding a heavy construction without any problem and without the fear that you can not add more floors to it. It has a beautiful location and you can admire the scenery around you from the front porch. A gift and a big part of the interior and exterior design of the house is made ??of wood, the material of choice for this area.

This is a contemporary and traditional home design, in the Netherlands. This home designed by Dutch studio Bedaux de Brouwer Architecten. This design was very unique, because combining two different style of home design. But, the architect blend it together, create a beautiful and cozy house. The interior and the exterior designed with great design. The outdoor area also designed with fill a lot of grass, and lap pool. Make a great outdoor activity.

On the side of the street, the house seems to be a variation on the archetypal Dutch house with a pitched slate roof and brick walls gray. From the garden, this idea is shot down, and the atmosphere changes. The south side of the house overlooks the garden depth. Here, the facade is almost entirely transparent. Almost every room of the house facing the large garden. With the closed-off street-side facade guarding the rear of the house, you can enjoy total privacy and life, light open. As such, the design of the house, the two young architects achieved a great combination of two worlds, traditional and modern, thus proving that they are worthy of following in the footsteps of his predecessors in office.

Here are a simple contemporary home design with a twist. This house was designed Japanese architecture firm Takeshi Hosaka Architects. This house is suitable for dense urban areas. Like its exterior box shape, the interior floor plan is simple – two small rooms on the main floor, one large room on the second, and a rooftop patio overlooking the city. Minimalist interiors feature walls, floors ceilings, randomly dotted with plenty of windows, letting natural light stream in every foot or so apart. The floor openings allow the passage of strategically placed plants and trees, providing a little lush greenery sprouting up in unexpected places. But these openings have more purposes that aesthetic ones – they allow the residents, two children and their deaf parents, to communicate using sign language, from different rooms and even different floors.

Here are a green california home design. This ranch style house is clean. The aptly named Caterpillar House designed by Feldman Architecture. This home stretches along a grassy hilltop in a linear plan. And this California house indeed has a deep connection to nature, from the inside out. Earth excavated to make way for the home was actually used in constructing its walls. The glass-enclosed main floor invites natural light and views in, while just outside, a sheltered outdoor entertaining area lets the homeowners enjoy the outdoors in any weather. But the connection to the Earth is more than skin-deep – this sustainable house employs eco-friendly features like its rammed-earth walls, which act as a thermal layer to maintain comfortable temperatures inside; a rainwater recycling system; natural ventilation via the glass wall of the house; and photovoltaic panels that allow this passive solar home to operate off the grid.
