The circulation of the right management and operation of the left has always been part of the living room. The line of rational design of the operational side becomes more open and dynamic due to the structural geometry. Disordered geometry of the existing roof on the management, has been characterized by the design of the suspended ceiling, which is made of floating panels of gypsum board on the other. The meeting rooms of the departments of management operations and facing each other in the center which is the highest part of the building, at the same time, reflects the silhouette of the building to the living room, by design parallel to the roof.
In consideration of building height, a mezzanine is planned in the operative part of the building management and staff has moved the floor. A terrace space has been created to continue the height of the entrance to the outdoor part of management, for use by members of the board and president. Teak covered terrace space is enriched with water pools and plant olive and terrace furnitures.Design approach to the choice of materials and the color is timeless and beyond current trends. Materials and colors used in the project space atmosphere complete with features that are quite elegant and exit but also sports and bass, mostly natural and needs little care.
According to the design concept of free, all mechanical and electrical equipment has been left out and the existing roof with all the equipment has been painted black to provide a basis for floating roofs in the volumes of the office. While the illumination of the operating space is more rational and functional, for the management and commonly used parts of the office, mostly lights and hanging lamps endirect has been used to highlight features of the geometry of the structure. The hanging lamps has been organized so that the slope of the roof in the living room, lighted ceiling endirectly floating panels in the management and the entrance tunnel endirectly illuminated from the floor and ceiling are examples emphasize the geometry of the lighting.
